
Danny Leigh is the chief film critic of the Financial Times. He has also written on film for The Guardian since the 1990s, made several documentaries for BBC television and radio, and written two novels published in the UK by Faber & Faber. He helped launch the educational charity Film Club (now called Into Film), has been involved in researching the relationship between socio-economics and the film industry, and is a patron of the community cinema organisation Cinema For All.
